Join our dynamic team as a Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Workforce Software, particularly Kronos-Workforce Time & Attendance. This role involves leveraging your 3–7 years of expertise to implement, configure, integrate, and optimize Workforce Software solutions. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex workforce management requirements into effective, scalable system designs, covering essential areas like time tracking, scheduling, and absence management.

Key responsibilities include configuring policies, profiles, pay codes, accruals, and scheduling rules within WorkForce Software. You will also be involved in troubleshooting production issues, analyzing timekeeping data, supporting system upgrades, and coordinating with HR, Payroll, and IT departments. Additionally, this role requires creating essential documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with 3-7 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Time & Attendance systems, specifically with Workforce Software. Proficiency in SQL and Java scripting is essential, alongside experience with WorkForce Software products. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration. Experience with HR Service Delivery or HR Transformation is advantageous.
