Seeking a seasoned Senior Associate with expertise in Guidewire Integration to lead technical ownership of Guidewire solutions. This role involves ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards, extending beyond individual delivery to encompass technical direction and quality assurance. You will guide senior and junior engineers, serving as the primary technical escalation point.

Take full technical ownership of Guidewire solutions, including Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, and digital platforms. Lead complex solution design decisions, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities and minimizing customizations. Partner with architects to uphold enterprise standards for security and compliance. Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, governing designs and code for quality.

Ensure integration architecture and implementation quality are paramount. Drive adherence to non-functional requirements such as performance and scalability. Guide teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps. Lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents, ensuring permanent fixes and reducing defect leakage. Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts and Product Owners to define realistic scopes and provide clear technical guidance.

Requires 4 to 6 years of professional experience, with 1-3 years specifically in Guidewire development. Must possess strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products (e.g., PC, CC, BC, Jutro) and extensive experience with complex integrations and distributed systems. Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts, along with hands-on experience in owning production stability and operational outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
