We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with expertise in Guidewire Integration to join our Engineering as a Service team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in providing technical ownership for Guidewire solutions, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

You will be instrumental in guiding technical direction, upholding quality, and serving as a key technical escalation point for both senior and junior engineers. This position requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, leadership acumen, and a strong sense of operational accountability.

As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of Guidewire solutions across various domains including Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, Digital Platforms, and Integrations. You will lead complex solution design decisions, ensure optimal utilization of out-of-the-box Guidewire capabilities, and partner with architects to maintain enterprise alignment. Your role involves providing technical leadership across multiple teams, governing solution designs and code, and establishing robust engineering standards. You will also play a crucial part in integration architecture, ensuring non-functional requirements are met and guiding teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps practices.

Furthermore, you will own production stability, lead root-cause analysis for incidents, and drive continuous improvement in platform stability by collaborating with ADM, QE, and SRE teams. Effective stakeholder collaboration, mentoring junior developers, and driving the creation of reusable components are also key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of dedicated Guidewire development experience, with strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products like PC, CC, and BC. A proven track record in managing technical delivery across diverse teams or modules and significant experience with complex integrations and distributed systems are essential.

We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts, alongside demonstrated experience in owning production stability and operational outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are also a must. Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability tools are considered advantageous.
