Join our dynamic team as an experienced Generative AI Engineer, focusing on the creation of intelligent, agentic applications. This role is pivotal in bridging advanced Generative AI technologies with exceptional user experiences. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to build intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces, driving innovation in our AI offerings.

Spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated Generative AI solutions using leading LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and refine RAG pipelines, integrating with vector databases such as ChromaDB for local projects and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores. Build and maintain dynamic agentic workflows and conversational AI agents with frameworks including LangGraph and OpenAI. Conduct vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option for fine-tuning to enhance performance. Collaborate closely with backend and app development teams to seamlessly embed Gen AI capabilities into our products.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and transformer architectures is essential. Demonstrate hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python, along with libraries like LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face, is required. Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is necessary. Prior experience in deploying AI models through APIs or microservices is a key requirement.
