Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver impactful advertising features. Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks, managing the full development lifecycle. Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Enhance system observability with metrics, monitoring, and alerting, and participate in on-call rotations for operational excellence. Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience is required. Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot is essential. Experience with ReactJS or similar modern JavaScript frameworks is necessary, along with a willingness to learn new technologies. A strong background in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is crucial. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is expected. Experience with ad tech or programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
