Join our dynamic engineering team as a Senior Associate Fullstack Java Engineer. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive frontend and backend application components using Java and its associated technologies.

You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions tailored to business requirements. We are looking for a candidate with a strong Java programming foundation, practical experience with modern frontend frameworks, and a genuine passion for full-stack development.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end design, development, and upkeep of full-stack applications, encompassing both frontend and backend functionalities.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to craft seamless and intuitive user experiences. Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and efficient microservices architectures. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to accommodate increasing user loads.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices. Actively participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring application stability and reliability. Continuously explore and adopt the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our systems.

Essential qualifications include experience in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring Boot and hands-on experience with Node, NPM, and React for secure front-end code.

Demonstrated ability to implement user interfaces against REST APIs is crucial. Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS/Azure and designing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems is required.

Expertise in open-source technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and containerization is expected, alongside proficiency in the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
