We require 4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks like Spring Boot. Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS is essential, along with experience in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and RESTful APIs. A solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and fundamental computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms, is necessary. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is expected.
