A minimum of 8 years of dedicated software development experience is required, with a strong focus on Java, JavaScript frameworks like React, Spring Boot, and Oracle. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is essential. You should possess in-depth knowledge of modern application architecture, data structures, and object-oriented principles in Java.

Proficiency in microservices, event-driven services, and cloud-native development is key. Demonstrated full-stack capabilities, including strong front-end skills with React, HTML5, and CSS, alongside backend expertise in Java or Python, are necessary. Comprehensive SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, particularly with Oracle, along with experience in designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs, is expected.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven, Gradle), and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift) is important. Experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
