Translate complex user stories into well-defined engineering tasks, managing them from conception through deployment. Mentor and support team members through constructive code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Enhance system reliability by implementing comprehensive monitoring, metrics, and alerting. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence. Advocate for best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in Java, coupled with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot and ORMs. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Vue, or Angular is required, along with an eagerness to explore new technologies.

Solid understanding of relational databases like MySQL and Postgres, including schema design and query optimization. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems is crucial.
