Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Senior Executive in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is crucial for delivering insightful analysis and reporting for the Client Services domain. You will prepare and present essential financial reports, including monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts, and rate cards, to support key stakeholders and drive business performance.

Your primary responsibilities include managing annual financial planning for headcount, costs, expenses, and margins, alongside preparing half-yearly forecasts in collaboration with finance teams. You'll also assist in pricing decisions and deliver monthly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators. Provide operational support, conduct cost improvement studies, and develop Excel/Access models to boost efficiency. Additionally, undertake special projects, ad-hoc analysis for global initiatives, and lead process improvement efforts by defining current states and designing future-state processes using best practices and technology. Experience with finance transformation projects and master data support for cost centers, rates, and planning tools is highly beneficial.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CA qualification with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of accounting, finance, and MIS principles is essential, complemented by excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication abilities are required for effective stakeholder interaction. Ideally, you will have exposure to tools like Power BI or Hyperion and experience in a fast-paced, client-centric, multinational environment.
