This position focuses on leading and supporting our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, system administration, and critical integrations. We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator with a strong background in the AP module and deep technical knowledge of Coupa integrations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA. You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence in procurement, collaborate with various teams, and enhance Coupa's capabilities to deliver significant business value.

As the primary Coupa system administrator, you will oversee configuration, manage user permissions, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will demonstrate advanced expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and Accounts Payable (AP) modules within Coupa. Responsibilities include managing and supporting integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems, with a focus on the SAP S/4HANA interface.

Key duties involve designing and optimizing Coupa workflows, maintaining organizational hierarchy, and managing role-based access. You will also review release notes, conduct impact analysis, and manage system upgrades. Developing and executing UAT and regression testing plans, partnering with Procurement, AP, Accounting, and IT on enhancements, and coordinating integrations with SAP, Success Factors, and SailPoint are essential.

Furthermore, you will create and deliver training materials, enable suppliers via Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) and cXML, and maintain catalogs and pricing. Supporting Accounts Payable processes, tracking key P2P KPIs, integrating new locations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, user stories, and roadmaps will also be part of your role.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of direct Coupa system administration and support experience. A deep understanding of Coupa P2P, AP, and SIM modules is crucial, alongside proven expertise in Coupa integrations with SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of PO and warehouse-related workflows.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across both technical and business teams. A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant system experience, with at least 3 years in procurement or payables systems.

A solid understanding of internal controls, procurement, and financial compliance is necessary. Hands-on experience administering Coupa Procure-to-Pay is a must. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively will be key to success in this role.
