We are seeking a Mid SAP Procurement Functional Analyst to provide essential L1/L2 support for SAP MM. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of indirect Procure-to-Pay processes, covering a wide range of spend categories. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving incidents, managing service requests, and maintaining process efficiency.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive L1/L2 functional support for SAP MM within Indirect Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, performing root-cause analysis and escalating issues as needed. The role involves troubleshooting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice exceptions, alongside assisting with master data management and integration points with SAP FI/AP, Vendor Master, and procurement tools.

Further duties encompass supporting basic SAP configuration, executing unit and regression testing, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining functional documentation, supporting end-user enablement through training, and collaborating with global stakeholders in an offshore delivery model. Active participation in daily stand-ups and continuous improvement initiatives is expected.

Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in SAP MM or P2P functional support, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and SAP S/4HANA MM capabilities. Prior exposure to indirect procurement processes and familiarity with procurement tools like Coupa or OpenText VIM are highly valued. Experience supporting integrations between SAP MM and finance/accounting systems, along with knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, is beneficial.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance processes. The ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and collaborate effectively across Procurement, AP, Master Data, and IT teams is crucial.
