This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing robust applications leveraging the Pega platform. Key responsibilities include actively participating in requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into effective technical solutions, and designing, building, and maintaining high-quality Pega applications. You will also be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery, and maintaining application performance, scalability, and security. Staying current with Pega technologies is also essential.

Ideal candidates possess a strong foundation in Pega PRPC, coupled with a solid understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is crucial. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are highly valued. Expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and system integration is expected, alongside a proven track record in Pega implementation focused on BPM. Familiarity with various Pega features and rules, and a comprehensive understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design, are required. A Pega CSA certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
