Lead and manage complete SAP and IT project lifecycles, from initial requirements to post-go-live support. Drive business process consulting by identifying issues and implementing solutions. Guide cross-functional teams on project execution and best practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee full-cycle SAP implementations, ensuring integration and scalability. Optimize workflows and establish KPIs for performance tracking. Proactively manage risks and escalations, ensuring high-quality deliverables through continuous improvement.
