Engage deeply in business process consulting, problem definition, and solution creation. Guide project teams through various lifecycle phases, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability enhancement. Lead and deliver full-cycle SAP solutions across multiple modules and business units. Manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support. Coordinate technical programs across different geographies, ensuring seamless execution. Identify process gaps, defining or modifying processes to resolve operational challenges. Set up reporting mechanisms for SLAs and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement. Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations to keep projects on track. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite for effective program management.

Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrate extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Exhibit a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering full-cycle SAP solutions. Possess excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Maintain a solid understanding of sales and supply chain processes. Have 5+ years of project management experience leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives. Acquire a minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field. Demonstrate proficiency with business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Suite.
