As a Mid Workato Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing integration solutions using the Workato platform. Responsibilities include managing the full integration lifecycle, translating business requirements into technical designs, and ensuring seamless application connectivity. You will also set up Workato environments, conduct field mapping sessions, and ensure adherence to integration best practices. Effective stakeholder collaboration and post-deployment support are key, as is troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to minimize business disruption. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to practice-building initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with robust hands-on experience in Workato platform implementation and integrations, particularly in Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) scenarios. Proficiency in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), SQL, JSON, and XML is essential. Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth and WS-Security, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be crucial. Excellent communication abilities are required to effectively liaise with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams, alongside the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is desired, along with 6-7 years of integration technology experience and a minimum of 4 years specifically with Workato. Mandatory Workato certifications (Automation Pro I, II, III) are required.
