Provide L1/L2 functional support for SAP MM within Indirect Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, covering PR/PO processing, release strategies, and invoice matching. Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and tickets within SLAs, performing root-cause analysis. Troubleshoot exceptions related to PRs, POs, and invoices to ensure process efficiency and compliance.

Assist with master data management activities and support integration points between SAP MM, FI/AP, and procurement tools like Coupa and OpenText VIM. Execute unit and regression testing, and support UAT. Create and maintain functional documentation, and provide end-user enablement through training materials and workshops.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP MM or P2P functional support, with a strong understanding of procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, release strategies, goods receipt, and invoice matching. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA MM capabilities and indirect procurement processes is essential.

Experience supporting integrations with finance/accounting systems (FI/AP) and proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira are required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication abilities, are necessary for effective collaboration across diverse teams in a global delivery model.
