As a Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic value, ensuring project excellence, and fostering innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating evolving business landscapes and strengthening project governance.

Lead end-to-end SAP and IT project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Guide cross-functional teams on project execution and deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive full-cycle SAP implementations across multiple modules. Oversee SDLC processes and adhere to project management best practices. Identify and address process gaps for improved operational efficiency. Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for program success. Proactively manage risks and escalations. Ensure high-quality deliverables and foster continuous improvement. Coordinate global project teams and utilize collaboration tools effectively.

Possess strong experience in Technical Program Management or IT Project Management within an SAP environment, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA modules (Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain). Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and best practices. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage complex SAP programs using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Expertise in measuring program success through business impact analysis and ROI evaluation. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
