Join our Engineering AI & Data Team as a Senior Associate and contribute to innovative client solutions. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships while exceeding expectations.

This role focuses on mid-level Salesforce development, emphasizing the creation of robust and scalable applications. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to drive digital transformation and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and maintain complex Apex services and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring high code quality and scalability. Build and optimize integrations with corporate applications using REST, Bulk APIs, and middleware solutions. Perform root cause analysis on system issues and refactor legacy code for improved performance and maintainability.

Create comprehensive technical documentation, including data models and integration specifications. Collaborate closely with Salesforce leads and Product Managers on design and delivery strategies. You will also be responsible for optimizing Apex and integrations to ensure governor limit safety and efficient processing.

A solid foundation in Apex, Lightning (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL is essential. Proven experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including their design and development, is required. A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its Sales/Service clouds is crucial.

Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, such as Copado or Git-based flows, is highly valued. Familiarity with middleware products for integration and working within Scrum/Agile development environments is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
