Join our Engineering Foundry & Managed Services team as a Senior Associate Pega Developer in Hyderabad. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing robust applications utilizing the Pega platform, contributing to our Engineering as a Service offerings.

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain high-quality Pega applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Pega PRPC, complemented by expertise in core web technologies like Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is essential for collaborative project delivery.

Key responsibilities include actively participating in requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance Pega applications, while also debugging and troubleshooting technical issues to provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. A critical part of the role involves ensuring application performance, scalability, and security, and staying current with the latest Pega technologies and advancements.

Develop and implement solutions focusing on BPM (Business Process Management) and leverage various Pega features such as Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Agents, SLAs, Connectors, and SOAP services. A comprehensive understanding of the PRPC implementation lifecycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design, is expected.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-6 years of experience in Pega development. Essential technical skills include Pega PRPC, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, alongside a solid understanding of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, coupled with system integration capabilities, is highly valued. A proven track record in Pega implementation, with a specific emphasis on Business Process Management (BPM), is required.

Familiarity with a wide array of Pega features and rules, including Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Agents, SLAs, Listeners, Connectors, and SOAP services is beneficial. A deep understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design, is necessary.

Possession of a Pega CSA certification is mandatory for this position.
