This position specifically seeks a Mid-level Tech Program Manager with expertise in SAP. You will be instrumental in various project phases, from defining problems to creating and proposing solutions. Your role will involve guiding teams, contributing to proposals, client training, and shaping value-adding consulting solutions.

Engage in business process consulting, defining problems and proposing solutions. Guide project teams on processes and deliverables, contributing to proposal development and client training. Shape consulting solutions to meet evolving global landscape needs. Manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.

Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Lead and deliver full-cycle SAP solutions across multiple modules and business units.

Identify process gaps and define or modify processes to solve operational problems. Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster continuous improvement. Set up reporting and governance for SLAs and KPIs. Actively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations to keep projects on course.

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives is essential. Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail. Extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is required, encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Demonstrate success in leading and delivering full-cycle SAP solutions across various modules and business units. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and core sales and supply chain processes is crucial.

Proficiency with business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Suite is necessary. Experience managing and coordinating technical programs across multiple geographies is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field is required.
