As a Mid Full Stack Engineer for Go-To-Market (GTM), you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and backend services. You'll own features from conception to deployment, working under senior guidance and gradually taking on more complex challenges.

Develop robust frontend and backend features for enterprise applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Own the full lifecycle of features, from development to deployment, with increasing technical ownership. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices for long-term scalability. Create responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs for seamless user experiences. Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews. Investigate and resolve application defects through root cause analysis. Adhere to secure coding standards and compliance guidelines. Collaborate effectively within an Agile team to ensure timely feature delivery. Leverage GenAI tools to enhance code understanding and accelerate development. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively.

Experience developing frontend applications with React, Angular, or Vue, focusing on interactive and responsive UIs. Backend development proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for scalable server-side applications. Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) and application integration. Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for application deployment and management. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD principles. Experience with Git workflows and Agile methodologies. Interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures.
