As a Mid Engineer within AUCTUS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and backend services. You'll take ownership of features from conception to deployment, working collaboratively with senior engineers and gradually increasing your technical responsibilities. Key duties include writing clean, maintainable, and production-ready code, building responsive UIs, integrating them with backend APIs, and participating in architectural discussions. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving defects, adhering to secure coding practices, and actively participating in an Agile development team. Leveraging GenAI tools for code comprehension and development acceleration, alongside engaging in code reviews and proactive communication with cross-timezone teams, are also integral aspects of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid foundation in frontend development with experience in React, Angular, or Vue, complemented by backend development expertise in Java/Spring Boot or Node.js. Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture is essential. A basic understanding of database concepts (SQL and NoSQL) and exposure to cloud platforms, particularly AWS, are highly valued. Experience with containerization tools like Docker, CI/CD concepts, and Git-based workflows is expected.
