As the primary Coupa system administrator, you'll oversee configuration, user permissions, and daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency in Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable modules. You will manage critical integrations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, and design workflows to meet evolving business needs. Your responsibilities include maintaining organizational hierarchy, managing system upgrades, and coordinating testing. You'll also partner with Procurement, AP, Accounting, and IT teams, and provide essential training to users and suppliers. Additionally, you'll govern catalogs and pricing, support AP processes, track P2P KPIs, and ensure policy compliance across all affiliated locations.

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator with over 5 years of direct system administration and support experience. A deep understanding of Coupa P2P, AP, and SIM modules is essential, along with proven expertise in Coupa integrations with SAP S/4HANA. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills are required, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. You should also possess significant experience with procurement or payables systems and a solid grasp of internal controls and financial compliance.
