Develop backend services and tooling utilizing Python and Go, including the Gin framework. Build and package applications using Docker. Create and optimize REST APIs with Python and FastAPI. Conduct API testing and validation using Postman. Implement and manage monitoring solutions like New Relic, Humio, and OpsRamp. Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM). Troubleshoot distributed system performance and reliability issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless CI/CD and reliable releases. Participate in incident investigations and implement permanent solutions. Document internal processes, runbooks, and deployment instructions. Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.

Essential skills include extensive experience with Python, Go, the Gin framework, Docker, Postman, New Relic, OpsRamp, AWS, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Experience with cloud-native applications and distributed systems is highly valued. Familiarity with microservices patterns, API development, and CI/CD or IaC tooling is beneficial.
