As an experienced Consultant, you'll drive innovation by reimagining and re-engineering operations and processes essential for client success. You will work alongside talented professionals to make a significant impact on client achievements and contribute to transforming technology platforms.

You will apply deep industry knowledge to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with sector-specific needs. Demonstrate end-to-end software development lifecycle expertise, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Conduct peer and team reviews to uphold quality standards and actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives. Build and disseminate business process knowledge to support project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and champion automation and innovation to enhance project outcomes and deliver exceptional client value.

We are seeking candidates with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration and Integration, including platform upgrade experience. Proficiency in GOSU, Web Services, and XML is essential, alongside a strong understanding of Guidewire integration and configuration concepts.

Candidates should be adept at designing and developing Guidewire Integration Components or configuring PC, BC, or CC, and writing GOSU code. The ability to estimate work products, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to adapt technical solutions to various business domains are crucial. Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required. Relevant Guidewire certifications (Specialist, ACE, Cloud) are highly desirable. Experience with CodeNarc or similar tools and knowledge of the latest Guidewire cloud versions are considered advantageous.
