We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer proficient in ReactJS to join our Engineering Foundry & Managed Services team. This role focuses on building high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications.

Key responsibilities include leveraging modern development practices, tooling, feature flag frameworks, design systems, and internationalization libraries. Collaboration with product, design, and backend engineering teams is essential, emphasizing code quality, reusability, and performance.

Develop and maintain robust UI components using ReactJS. Build features rapidly with mock APIs using Mirage. Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into production-ready code. Implement localization with i18next and manage feature rollouts using LaunchDarkly. Utilize Docker for containerized development environments and Jenkins/GitHub for CI/CD. Collaborate effectively with teams using JIRA and agile methodologies. Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity. Contribute to performance optimization, code reviews, and best practices.

This role requires 4-8 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Front End Engineering. Must-have skills include ReactJS, Mirage, Figma, Docker, i18next, LaunchDarkly, Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA, and AI tools like GitHub Copilot. Familiarity with New Relic, Postman, Python, MCI, Cypress, and Vitest is beneficial. Experience in micro-frontend or component-driven architectures is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are crucial. Understanding of performance optimization, caching, accessibility, and CI/CD best practices is also valued.
