This role is part of the UKI Finance Reporting & Data Analytics team, focusing on supporting the UKI across all Service Lines. You will provide crucial financial and management information, develop new reports, and systematize existing assets. A key aspect involves presenting findings, highlighting variances, and recommending actions to end-users. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, including data processing and validation, and excel at building rapport and collaborating with team members and the wider business. The ability to identify and resolve constraints is essential.

This position operates within a dynamic, evolving environment marked by significant changes in team processes and systems due to a Global Finance Transformation Programme. Flexibility and adaptability to ongoing change are therefore paramount for the ideal candidate.

Develop and maintain robust Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows for seamless business process automation.

Lead end-to-end Power Platform projects, from initial requirements gathering and design through to deployment, ongoing support, and continuous improvement.

Administer and manage Power Platform environments, ensuring effective governance, security, permissions, solution deployment, and overall environment health.

Leverage your strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.

Integrate various applications using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and secure authentication protocols.

Utilize JavaScript for enhancing application customization and functionality.

Apply Python for automation tasks, scripting, and efficient data processing.

Execute advanced SQL queries, develop stored procedures, and apply database design principles.

Perform data analysis, utilize complex formulas, create Pivot Tables, and generate reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Manage source control and version management effectively using Git repositories.

Implement and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps for backlog management, code repositories, and release management.

Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in developing and supporting Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), along with a proven track record in creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows and automating business processes.

Possess substantial experience in managing the complete lifecycle of Power Platform projects, from initial requirements capture to deployment and ongoing support.

Have practical experience in administering Power Platform environments, covering governance, security, permissions, solution deployment, and environment management.

Exhibit a strong command of the Microsoft technology stack, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.

Be proficient in integrating applications through REST APIs, web services, JSON, and various authentication methods.

Show working knowledge of JavaScript for application customization and Python for automation and scripting.

Possess strong SQL skills for query development and database design, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.

Have experience with Git repositories for source control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

Exhibit excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and application lifecycle management abilities.

Show proven experience leading and delivering enterprise-level Power Platform projects, managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to support.

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with business users, technical teams, and leadership.

Be adept at facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Possess strong project planning, prioritization, and delivery management capabilities, with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
