As a Senior Associate, you will conduct initial reviews of client team submissions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of proposed requests. You will deliver high-quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision, independently driving process requests to completion. This involves referencing existing policies, researching EY platforms, and proposing solutions to issues. You will also support complex processes and ad hoc projects, assist in transitioning new processes to the Global Delivery Services (GDS) Risk Management Services (RMS) team, and help design processes for recruitment, training, and deployment. Proficiency in web publishing technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with enterprise tools such as MS SharePoint, Adobe AEM, and AI implementation aspects, is essential. Experience with Co-pilot agents will also be crucial.

To qualify for this role, you should possess an MBA degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Absolute fluency in spoken and written English, coupled with excellent listening comprehension, is required. You must demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of processes. Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Teams, is a must. A deep technical understanding of and experience in the Risk Management function is preferred. Ideally, you will have credible experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, good presentation skills, and critical thinking abilities for data analysis and problem-solving.
