We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate in DevOps to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless deployment, automation, and management of our software infrastructure, contributing to high availability and performance.

This position involves close collaboration with development, QA, and IT teams to optimize software infrastructure. Key duties include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, establishing robust monitoring systems, and managing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will be responsible for automating deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes, as well as troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues. Continuous learning and application of emerging technologies are also vital aspects of this role.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI, and infrastructure management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is required. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby are essential. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and DevSecOps practices is also expected.
