Deloitte seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to enhance internal Agentic AI applications, including Teams Bots, web apps, and embeddable widgets. This role involves crucial contributions to building and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation, establishing effective monitoring, and managing containerized deployments.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite in Bengaluru, with 2 days offering remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and overseeing infrastructure as code. You will manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, implementing essential monitoring and logging solutions. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration is vital, as is the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.

Collaboration with development, QA, and IT teams is a core aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for implementing DevSecOps principles and ensuring robust security best practices are integrated into all operations.

A minimum of 4-6 years in a dedicated DevOps role is essential, coupled with proven experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is required.

Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Ruby. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, along with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), is critical. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities are also necessary.
