As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in collaborating with business reporting and cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be understanding business requirements, conducting thorough data analysis, and ensuring smooth project transitions. You will also lead transition activities and manage post-transition enhancements, working closely with back-end data architects and systems engineers to develop data objects that meet evolving business needs. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, applying specialized knowledge to advance the organization's strategic vision.

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and establish organization rules, creating visualization dashboards with Power BI.

Manage database operations and data modeling effectively.

Develop low-code solutions utilizing Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.

Apply knowledge of ETL concepts and tools like Data Factory or SSIS.

Design and support database and table structures for current and future data sources.

Utilize version control tools like Git/Github for collaborative development.

Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure strict adherence to data quality standards.

Take ownership of end-to-end project phases, contributing across analysis and development.

Manage client expectations through proactive communication and status updates, adhering to change control and release management processes.

Coordinate effectively across multiple projects and inter-departmental teams.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Understand and integrate Generative AI tools.

Requires over 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with deep expertise in SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Familiarity with ETL tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory is advantageous.

Experience with Python coding and Databricks is beneficial.

Working knowledge of MS Excel macros is a plus.

Experience working within an Agile framework is expected.

Prior client-facing experience is highly preferred.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Must be curious, able to frame problems, and find the right analytical solutions.

Function as a senior team member, contributing technical expertise to Decision Sciences implementation projects.

Provide product and design recommendations based on best technical practices.

Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators.

Develop analytical strategies by leveraging appropriate techniques and technologies.

Document and present work to clients, proactively influencing business decision-making.

Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular status reports to the lead.
