As a Senior Associate in our Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) team, you'll be instrumental in driving impactful data initiatives.

This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate closely with business reporting and other teams. You will gain a deep understanding of business requirements, perform critical data analysis, and lead project transitions. Your expertise will be crucial in making enhancements and modifications post-transition, ensuring seamless operations. You will partner with back-end data architects and systems engineers to develop essential data objects that support business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data solutions. This includes creating SSIS/SQL/ADF packages for efficient data extraction, transfer, and loading, along with troubleshooting existing ETL processes. You will analyze vast datasets to identify patterns and establish rules for data organization, and develop insightful visualization dashboards using Power BI. Building data pipelines with Azure Data Factory to manage large datasets and applying expertise in data engineering tools like Databricks, Data Lakes, and Synapse are key aspects of this role. You will also manage database operations, contribute to data modeling, and ensure high data quality through extensive analysis. Taking ownership of end-to-end analysis and development phases, managing client expectations with proactive communication, and adhering to change control processes are integral to your success.

We are seeking a Senior Associate with over five years of advanced experience in data analysis and development. Essential expertise includes SQL/T-SQL, SSIS, ETL processes, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure Cloud, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Proficiency in Python coding is a must, and experience with version control tools like Git/Github is essential. A clear understanding of Generative AI tools and their integration capabilities is also necessary.

Additional advantages include working knowledge of MS Excel Macros, experience in agile environments, and familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. Prior client-facing skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities will further strengthen your candidacy. You will be expected to act as a senior team member, contribute to technical streams, provide product and design level insights, and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators.
