Further duties involve analyzing and resolving complex data challenges, developing data models, and ensuring data quality and validation. Collaboration with data analysts, scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders is essential to deliver trusted data assets. You will also monitor and optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, while supporting cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse/lakehouse environments. Implementing data governance, security, lineage, and compliance standards is also a critical aspect of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or big data development.

Required expertise includes developing ETL/ELT pipelines, working with large datasets, and proficiency in SQL and Python. A solid understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, modern data architectures, data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is necessary, along with proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities are key, as is the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
