This senior technical role focuses on enhancing global Assurance Quality Review processes at EY. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, developing AQR data models, and performing in-depth data analysis. Key responsibilities include automating routine reporting, validating critical data, and driving technology-led improvements for Assurance Quality stakeholders worldwide. A proactive approach, logical reasoning, strong digital capabilities, and excellent communication are essential for navigating complex environments and making informed decisions.

Develop deep expertise in Assurance Quality Review processes, AQR reporting, and related EY tools. Create and maintain robust Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support quality monitoring, trend analysis, and leadership insights. Leverage advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools for automation of reporting and data preparation. Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation for inspection, questionnaire, and findings data. Analyze AQR data to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for enhancement. Execute AQR technical projects efficiently, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

A postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or Business Administration is required. You should have 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Assurance Quality Reviews, audit quality, reporting, analytics, or risk management. Prior exposure to global or regional Assurance Quality stakeholders is beneficial. Experience in team leadership or guidance is preferred.
