As a Senior Associate, you will independently support, design, and enhance global Assurance Quality Review processes. Key responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, creating AQR data models, performing in-depth data analysis, and automating recurring reporting tasks. You will validate questionnaire and findings data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The role also involves enabling technology-driven improvements and troubleshooting reporting issues.

You will manage stakeholder requirements, translating them into practical Power BI solutions and automated reports. Providing feedback and guidance to team members, along with ensuring adherence to quality standards and workflow protocols, are also integral parts of this role. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Candidates should possess an MBA or postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. A minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience is required, preferably in Assurance Quality Reviews, audit quality, reporting, analytics, or risk management. Experience interacting with global Assurance Quality stakeholders and managing team members is highly desirable.

Strong technical skills are essential, including hands-on proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and development, Power Query, data modeling, and DAX. Familiarity with advanced Excel, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and basic SQL concepts is expected. The ability to design reporting workflows and automate recurring reports is crucial. Knowledge of AI or automation tools to enhance reporting efficiency is considered an added advantage.
