Key responsibilities include expertly drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of vendor agreements such as SOWs, MSAs, and framework agreements. You will provide essential risk management advice for each contract.

Serve as the primary point of contact for EY's business and procurement teams, offering crucial support to the legal department. Develop a strong grasp of general business risks, with training provided on EY's specific risk management framework. Coordinate effectively with internal specialists including Independence, onshore legal teams, Security, Privacy, and Risk Management, while staying informed about evolving EY policies and procedures.

We are seeking a Law Graduate (LL.B.) with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Proficiency in understanding data protection (GDPR/CCPA), privacy, and security terms is advantageous.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors. A strong aptitude for grasping transaction details, assessing risks, and tailoring contracts accordingly is vital.
