Translate product user stories into actionable development tasks and assume ownership of specific domain areas within the team. Utilize automated tools, including AI, in compliance with company policies. Availability for on-call rotations, as per the team's escalation and support schedule, is also expected.

Essential qualifications include strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) technologies. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres is required, alongside demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are paramount, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong teamwork ethic is fundamental.
