This key position will be instrumental in enhancing the GDS Client Service organization's presence in leadership forums. The successful candidate will independently drive deliverable development, collaborating with the Strategy and Transformation team, GDS Service Lines, and other essential stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include monitoring governance meetings and leadership forums, proactively planning for associated deliverables, and developing comprehensive leadership narratives in consultation with the CS S&T Leader. You will independently initiate, plan, and execute deliverable creation, ensuring effective communication and alignment with internal and external leadership. Responsibilities also encompass systematically organizing and storing deliverables, collating action items from leadership forums, analyzing raw data for actionable insights, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Support for strategy and transformation initiatives, along with assisting in managing operational components of the S&T team (Finance, Talent, Risk), are also integral to this role.

To excel in this role, a strong understanding of EY, GDS, and GDS Client Service organizational structures is essential, alongside familiarity with various organizational functions. A fair understanding of team operations, organizational KPIs, and the ability to interpret financial reports are important. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required, as is the ability to deliver high-quality work, manage risks, and meet deadlines. Leveraging AI tools for efficiency, analyzing large datasets, and possessing excellent written, oral, and presentation skills are key attributes. Strong analytical, judgment, critical and strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills are crucial. You should be adept at functioning in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment, prioritizing effectively, and adapting quickly. Cultural sensitivity and a global mindset are necessary, with exposure to project/program management being beneficial.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or a relevant advanced degree from a reputable institution, coupled with 6-8 years of experience in a similar global role. While PMP or other PM certifications are not mandatory, they are preferred.
