Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Client Service, Strategy, and Transformation Team as a Senior Associate. This critical role supports the strategic positioning of the GDS Client Service organization in various leadership forums. You will independently drive deliverable development, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance the organization's presence.

Key responsibilities include managing governance meetings and leadership forums, proactively planning deliverable content, and developing leadership narratives. You will independently initiate, plan, and execute deliverable creation, ensuring effective communication and alignment with leadership. Responsibilities also involve systematic organization of deliverables, tracking action items, analyzing data for insights, building stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategy and transformation initiatives. Assistance with operational components like Finance, Talent, and Risk for the S&T team is also part of the role.

Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of EY's organizational structure and functions, along with fair exposure to team operations and key performance indicators. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential, as is the ability to deliver high-quality work and overcome challenges. Leverage AI tools for efficiency, analyze large datasets, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, judgment, critical, and strategic thinking abilities are vital, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, cultural sensitivity, and a global mindset are also required. Exposure to project/program management is beneficial.

To qualify, candidates need a Bachelor's degree or relevant advanced degree, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in a similar global role. PMP or other PM certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
