Design intuitive employee tools and engaging customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring consistency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, technology, leadership) to drive design outcomes. Utilize visual thinking tools like journey maps and service blueprints to clarify complex problems and align stakeholders.

Translate ideas into concepts, prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback. Contribute to product roadmaps and service strategies with strong design input. Communicate design rationale and outcomes through compelling presentations for diverse audiences. Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to foster alignment and idea generation.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, design research, service design, or systems thinking is essential. You should excel in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to complex problems and connecting insights across users, systems, and business needs.

Capability to think both strategically and tactically is key. Experience engaging with customers, frontline staff, and stakeholders to inform design decisions is required. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma is necessary, alongside strong communication skills for aligning diverse teams. Familiarity with applying AI tools to human-centered design practices is also expected.
