Design intuitive employee tools and engaging customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technology, to drive design outcomes.

Utilize visual thinking tools like journey maps and service blueprints to clarify complex problems and align stakeholders. Translate ideas into concepts, prototypes, and designs, iterating based on user feedback.

Contribute to product roadmaps and internal tools with strong design input. Communicate design thinking and rationale through compelling presentations to diverse audiences. Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops to generate ideas and uncover insights.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, design research, service design, or systems thinking is required. You should possess a strong ability to navigate ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex challenges.

Capabilities include understanding and connecting insights across users, systems, and business needs, with the ability to think both strategically and tactically. Experience engaging with customers, frontline staff, and stakeholders to inform design decisions is essential.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is necessary, alongside strong communication skills to align diverse teams. Experience applying AI tools to human-centered design and collaborating effectively across diverse teams in fast-paced environments is also key.
