Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate Backend Developer in Hyderabad. We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years in backend development to craft and sustain robust, high-performance server-side applications. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and APIs. Crafting clean, efficient, and reusable code, optimizing applications for peak performance and reliability, and managing database schemas and integrations are also core duties. Implementing robust authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms, along with contributing to CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting production issues, will be integral to your role.

We require strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), or .NET Core, alongside experience building RESTful APIs and web services. A solid grasp of object-oriented or functional programming concepts, hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), and expertise in data modeling and query optimization are essential. Familiarity with microservices architecture, API security (OAuth, JWT), asynchronous processing, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching strategies is expected. Proficiency with Git, basic CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Docker is also necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
