Manage a portfolio of client collection activities across the UK, driving timely payments and early escalation of payment delays. Build strong external client relationships to understand payment behaviors and internal processes. Collaborate with client-facing teams to support collection efforts and identify/escalate disputes promptly. Maintain accurate client data for continuous improvement and handle internal and external customer queries.

Achieve monthly cash targets through a high volume of follow-up calls. Track and manage team collection activities, process dashboard reporting, and effectively handle escalations. Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to overcome collection challenges and ensure efficient operations.

A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Collections role within a fast-paced environment is essential. You should possess excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills, coupled with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to build robust relationships with both clients and internal departments. Familiarity with relevant tools, technologies, and software pertinent to the role is required.
