Join our dynamic team as a Generative AI Engineer and be at the forefront of innovation. This role focuses on integrating advanced Generative AI technologies to create exceptional user experiences. You will spearhead the development of intelligent applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring a seamless and responsive frontend.

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the application of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. You will develop and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases such as ChromaDB and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores. Building and maintaining agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI is also crucial.

Additionally, you will perform vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with opportunities for fine-tuning. Collaboration with backend and app teams to integrate Gen AI capabilities into our products will be essential.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python and libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face is essential.

Familiarity with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is needed. Experience deploying AI models via APIs or microservices is also a requirement. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
