As a Senior Associate within the C&I team, you will be instrumental in supporting Account Managers and leadership, including Global Client Serving Partners and Executives, in managing key priority accounts. Your role will involve driving Go-to-market activities, providing insightful support, and fostering strong relationships across account leadership and global delivery services.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll contribute to strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and the dissemination of critical business analysis and thought leadership. You will collaborate with global teams, build robust account knowledge, and enhance our client relationships and business growth.

Your core responsibilities include owning account reporting and ensuring data clarity for stakeholders. You will spearhead the account planning process in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning efforts with planned milestones and targets. Developing strategic communication plans and managing stakeholder engagement will be key to advancing the account agenda.

Further responsibilities involve providing crucial business analysis, competitive intelligence, and firm thought leadership to account teams. You'll liaise with onshore teams and internal services to define new support requirements, establish efficient processes for account management tasks, and ensure seamless work transitions to remote GDS platforms. You will also contribute to complex account development needs, including global planning, go-to-market strategy, pursuit support, and pitch development.

To excel in this role, you possess a graduate degree and 4-8 years of experience in account management, data reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, alongside demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.

You should be adept at utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies, including financial analysis, to synthesize information and deliver insightful findings. Ideally, you will also bring experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI, and a proven track record in fast-paced, client-driven environments. Familiarity with procurement portals such as SAP Fieldglass or Ariba is a plus.
