Develop advanced test methodologies for next-generation power and thermal management features, working closely with cross-functional teams. Drive board and firmware/software design requirements to effectively characterize silicon performance.

Create robust deployment methodologies for new features into products. Collaborate with system architects, designers, and engineers across hardware, software, and applications to ensure successful product launches.

A B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years' experience in silicon bring-up, validation, and productization.

Demonstrated experience with control systems and power/thermal management is essential. Deep understanding of silicon power, device physics, power modeling, measurement, and active power management is expected.

Proficiency in Python, Perl, or C is advantageous. Strong self-starter skills in multitasking, influencing, communication, presentation, and consensus-building are key. An enthusiastic and responsive approach with a focus on process improvement is highly valued.
