Develop advanced test methodologies for power and thermal management features. Drive board and firmware/software design requirements to thoroughly characterize silicon performance. Collaborate extensively with system architects, designers, software/firmware engineers, and various cross-functional teams to bring industry-leading products to market. Mentor and train motivated engineers to tackle complex technical challenges.

Possess a B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Require a minimum of 8 years in silicon bring-up, validation, and productization. Expertise in control systems, power and thermal controllers, and management is essential. Deep understanding of silicon power, transistor physics, power modeling, measurement, and active power management is required. Proficiency in Python, Perl, or C is advantageous. Strong self-starter abilities in multi-tasking, influencing, communication, presentation, and consensus-building are vital. Enthusiasm for process improvement and responsiveness is highly valued.
