Job description

Join a leading technology company as an expert SOC Design and Integration Engineer, instrumental in crafting next-generation innovative Switch Silicon chips. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while developing cutting-edge high-speed communication devices that deliver exceptional throughput and low latency.

The fast-growing Networking Chip Design team in India is seeking talented individuals to contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Responsibilities

You will define project milestones based on internal roadmaps and track progress using an agile framework. This involves developing system-level methodologies, tools, and IPs for efficient SOC construction.

Key responsibilities include SOC assembly, driving cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, and integrating all components for milestone delivery to verification teams. You'll also collaborate on defining hardware/software interfaces, including control registers and error handling.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a BS degree (or equivalent experience) and MS, possessing over 4 years of practical semiconductor design and architecture experience with complex SOCs.

A strong understanding of all SOC development phases is essential, including architecture, micro-architecture, RTL design, verification, timing closure, and physical design. Familiarity with design and verification tools (Verilog/SV, Cadence, Indago, GDB) is required.

Proficiency in Perl, Python, or other scripting languages is necessary, with C/C++ experience being a valuable asset. Demonstrated success in multiple complex, high-volume SOC tape-outs using advanced process nodes is also crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration.
