Take ownership of micro-architecture and RTL development for design modules. Strategize micro-architectures to meet stringent performance, power, and area targets. Collaborate closely with hardware architects to define key features. Partner with verification teams to ensure the correctness of implemented features. Work alongside timing, VLSI, and physical design teams to guarantee design adherence to timing and interface requirements, ensuring routability. Engage with FPGA and software teams for design prototyping and software testing. Participate in post-silicon verification and debugging efforts.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is required. A minimum of 4 years of design experience is essential, with at least two to three projects involving complex design units in RTL. Familiarity with design and verification tools such as VCS and debug tools like Debussy or GDB is expected. A deep understanding of the ASIC design flow, encompassing RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, prototyping, DFT, timing analysis, floor-planning, ECO, and lab debug is crucial. Proficiency in Verilog is a mandatory requirement.
